Chinese-Canadian Stories

Find out more about the contributions of Chinese Canadian people to the development of Burnaby, with a focus on the late 1800s to 1950s. Community members are invited to bring their own stories, and memories to share. This talk is presented by Will Archibald and Denise Fong. Denise Fong is a PhD student at the University of British Columbia and a researcher at the Burnaby Village Museum focusing on the history of Chinese Canadians in Burnaby.

Chinese-Canadian Stories is the third of eight events in the Burnaby Neighbourhood Histories Series. Presented in partnership by the Burnaby Village Museum, the Burnaby Public Library, and the Burnaby Historical Society.
