Exercising Control over Arthritis

Burnaby Public Library and the Arthritis Society are happy to present a series of workshops on arthritis.

With the third workshop of the series, Exercising Control over Arthritis, you will learn how to stay physically active to managing arthritis to maintain joint mobility, muscle strength, and cardiovascular health. This presentation talks about the benefits of exercise and some of the options to keep moving.
