A children's reading program where we pair teens and children together. Teens can earn community service hours! For teens grades 9 - 12.
Gameface is a board game night for youth grades 6 - 9. Feel free to come with friends or mingle with other youth during this casual board game night.
BPL's Teen Yoga and Mindfulness sessions help teens learn healthy coping skills to deal with the stress of daily life.
Read your free copy of the book, then come hang out with other teens grades 8 - 12 to discuss the book's highlights, lowlights, and everything inbetween.

Each Wednesday in July Burnaby Public Library offers a free series of creative sessions just for teens grades 8 to 12 called Julia's Studio: Creative Workshops for Teens! Each workshop is designed to be inclusive, expressive, and fun, and all levels of creativity and artistic ability were welcome.
Burnaby Public Library runs the Teen Summer Reading Club throughout July and August. Teens entering grades 8 to 12 in September are eligible to participate.
This contest focuses on different styles of writing, offering inspirational prompts to guide the creative process. Works are evaluated based on original view point, creative style, engaging content, spelling, grammar, diction, and descriptive language.
