Teen Summer Reading Club

The Tower to Knowledge by Aly

The Teen Summer Reading Club 2019 is on its way, and the theme is "Rise Up!"

Starting Friday, June 14 you will be able to register at any of our branches and win great prizes! This year we will have an additional way to win prizes online, by reviewing the books you've been reading.  This program ends on Wednesday, August 14.

A huge thank you to Aly, whose artwork, The Tower to Knowledge, won our Teen Art Contest and will be used on all of our posters and flyers for the Teen Summer Reading Club! Keep an eye out also for our special edition bookmarks with artwork by runners-up Fissure and @aSimpleCherry at our information desks during the summer.

What else can you do at the library until the Teen Summer Reading Club starts up again? Check out our Teen Events & Programs.

What is the Teen Summer Reading Club?

Each summer Burnaby Public Library runs the Teen Summer Reading Club throughout June, July, and August. Teens entering grades 8 to 12 in September are eligible to participate.
