Learn about the threats to your online security and how to keep your information safe when using the Internet. Whether you are experienced with using computers or a beginner, this workshop will provide you with the information you need to be safe online.

Monday July 15 and Monday July 22
10:30 am to 12:30 pm

The first class will teach basic commands and functions of MS Excel -creating a new spreadsheet, entering, deleting and formatting data, sorting information & creating basic formula, plus saving and printing. The second class will teach making a budget, applying multiplication and division formulas, and making a chart or graph from a spreadsheet.

Students are expected to attend both sessions.

Prerequisite: Basic computer knowledge is necessary to register.

Learn the basics of word processing. If you have basic computer skills but are baffled by word processing, this course is for you.

Learn how to create a simple document and save it, and learn about other options in Word like copy and paste, spell check, font and paragraph, and printing.

Prerequisite: Must be comfortable using computer, keyboard and mouse.
