Burnaby Public Library has been greatly improved by generous donations from library supporters. Donations large and small ensure that we will continue to evolve and serve the community.

About Burnaby Public Library's Endowment Fund

Library supporters can choose from five trusts when donating to our Endowment Fund:

General Purpose Trust

Interest from this trust is used to support library services, to purchase new collections and new equipment.

Bridget Perrot Trust

Interest from this trust is used to purchase audiobooks for our Home Library and Accessible Service and equipment for the print disabled.

Julia Nelson Trust

Interest from this trust is used to support Teen services.

Picard Trust

Interest from this trust is used for an annual award that supports two BIPOC Burnaby residents or current employees of Burnaby Public Library attending a master's program at a library school in Canada.

Baraká-Mansour Trust

Interest from this trust is used to support hosting community dialogues.
