We’re excited to welcome you into our brand new Teen Space at Tommy Douglas Library!

The new space has been designed around the needs and interests that have been shared with us from Burnaby teens.

Reserved for teens, ages 13 to 19, the space includes seating and work tables for socializing, studying and hanging out. There are also plans to equip the room with a digital synthesizer, creative digital software, a smart TV with options for gaming, and maker technology for DIY projects.

Our grand opening is on Saturday, July 9 between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Drop by, and get a free ice cream treat courtesy of our friends, Glenburn Soda Fountain and Confectionery!
