Purpose Society is a non-profit organization that provides services for youth and families in the Lower Mainland. Programs for youth include providing harm reduction supplies and information and referral on housing and employment.
The Mobile Health Van serves people who use drugs and sex workers in New Westminster, Burnaby and some other communities. The Mobile Health Van provides harm reduction supplies, sharps containers, fentanyl drug checking and referrals to community resources.

Toward the Heart focuses on connecting the public to free harm reduction supplies in their community. They maintain an interactive map, which lists many places in Burnaby to access safer drug use supplies, Narcan, safer sex supplies, and hormone injection supplies.
