Emergency shelter for adults experiencing homelessness. Run by Progressive Housing. Transgender and non-binary people are welcome but dorms are separated by male and female. Harm reduction supplies are available, safe injection site.

A confidential, multilingual, 24-hour referral service that provides listings of housing for Indigenous/Aboriginal peoples, older adults, people with disabilities, rent assistance, subsidized housing, transition houses for victims of violence, and housing for people experiencing homelessness. Maida Duncan Women's and Family Drop-in and Resource Centre

Run by the Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver. Services include laundry, showers, computer access, some basic food, referrals, and clothing donations. Available for low-income, homeless, and marginalized women and their children. Transgender women are welcome.

Run by volunteers of the Task Force to end Homelessness in Burnaby, supported by the Society to End Homelessness. Thursday services include: opportunity to meet outreach workers, a meal, harm reduction kits available upon request, nurse practitioner. Shower services available on Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30.

Spirit of the Children Society (SOTC) provides assistance for Indigenous families and individuals in Burnaby, New Westminster, and the Tri-Cities searching for stable housing and helps with goal planning.

SOTC also has a separate program for youth ages 16 to 24 who are episodically and chronically homeless to obtain or sustain housing, with priority given to youth who are aging out of or have aged out of care.

Dixon Transition Society helps to reduce the impact of domestic violence by providing transitional housing, support, and counselling for women and children fleeing violence. Transgender women not currently accepted but encouraged to call if in need of help. Alcohol and drug-free environment.
