The medicine wheel reminds us that we need to balance all four aspects of our being – the spiritual, emotional, physical and mental aspects.

In this session, learn how to create a medicine wheel with hands-on instruction from a knowledge worker from the Métis nation. Each participant with make and take home their own wheel to remind them of these teachings. All materials will be provided.

Presented by Lorelei Lyons, Indigenous educator with 2 Métis Women and a knowledge carrier for North Fraser Métis Association.

For teens of all abilities, ages 13 to 19.
