Since our website launched in December 2020, we’ve received lots of feedback about how to make our website work better for you. Based on your responses, we’ve made a few changes to our website to help people with common library questions and tasks:

  • A link to log in directly to your BPL account is visible at the top right corner of the site,
  • This log in link replaces the Shortcuts menu. The information that was formerly in Shortcuts (information for new library members and library cards, locations and hours, and what’s new at the library) are located in the People & Help menu,
  • You can also find links to memberships, locations and hours, and what’s new at the library on our homepage,
  • Our website feedback form is moved to the footer of the website.

We’ll continue to make changes to our site based on your feedback, and we’re happy to hear your thoughts, from technical problems to questions about where to find something, to suggestions for improvement.
