The community rooms at Bob Prittie Metrotown, McGill and Tommy Douglas are available to community groups and non-profit organizations, and are free of charge. All rooms are accessible and have access to Wi-Fi.

To request a room booking, fill out a BPL Community Room Application Form [PDF] and bring it to the service desk at your preferred location, or email it to eref@bpl.bc.ca. A branch manager will review and respond to your booking request. This process may take up to one week.

Rooms may be booked during the following times:

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am to 7:45pm
Friday and Saturday: 10:00am to 5:40pm
Sunday: 12:00pm to 4:45pm
